#51 & #54 : Swim in a Pool and Read by a Pool

I've had about 6 birthday days this year, with this being MY ACTUAL BIRTHDAY. It conveniently happened to fall on my day off, so lovely daughter also booked the day off and we went to Thames Lido for a bit of a pamper. Two hours of steam, sauna, and hot tub - and I did make us do ten lengths of the outdoor pool just to say I'd had a swim. It was... invigorating! Finished off our session with 15 mins of reading in a quiet side area. A pretty glorious way to spend a birthday! (One more birthday day to go!)
